The initial purchase price of a Dome Tent may appear to be cheap. If you consider however that the tent could be destroyed and rendered worthless by the first storm and have to be replaced, they may not then be cheap.

Some may think that Dome Tents are quicker to erect than canvas tents. Tourer tents are much quicker to erect than domes and in some cases even large cabin tents are no slower to erect.

If you decide in favour of a Dome Tent, there are important features that need to be carefully considered before choosing the particular tent.

1. Warranty - Most of our tents come standard with a 2 YEAR warranty.

2. Seams - Seams that are tape sealed have greater water repelling properties.

3. Pole Connectors - Ring and pin systems are more trouble free and easier to erect.
