Warranty

Freedom camping warranty policy covers our products for 5 years from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of storm or wind damage, misuse, accident, UV damage or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.

PLEASE NOTE:

Slipped stitching can occasionally appear on Freedom Tents. This is not a fault, it occurs when one piece of material has not been caught by the sewing machine and is easily rectified.

What you need to do with warranty claims:

1. Notify Freedom camping web team of your concerns.
2. Once we have received the product we will assess the warranty claim and contact you to arrange the best solution for you
